Hello,
I apologize if this is the correct forum.
This is silly but I cannot find the 64 bit iso.
Thanks,

Hi mcc. The iso image is
Hi mcc.
The iso image is just a command-line shell. It's intended for use on low-end systems. Typically, any 64-bit system should be powerful enough to run the full ubuntu desktop live environment along with the graphical desktop - for example on a live USB stick. You can easily install the ubuntu-rescue-remix-tools metapackage from the PPA.
To do so, add the following archive to your software channels:
Copy the line below and adding it to your system's software sources.
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/arzajac/ppa/ubuntu karmic main
Then authenticate this software source by running the following command:
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys BDFD6D77
Then, install the "ubuntu-rescue-remix-tools" package.
But there is an advantage to using the 32-bit version. Some of the tools included on the live image do not compile on 64 bit.
