Add intropage and lynx

I think this tool will be more accessible when an introduction page (with references to the rescue tools and their help) is made and also lynx or links is installed as a simple text based browser for searching some info on the internet. Especially info you need for rescuing a computer.
When booted up some text occurs enter rescuehelp (or any other command) to get more documentation.

also the CheatSheet I found at /usr/share/doc/ubuntu-rescue-remix/, but I really think this disc needs some clear easy accessible documentation. Allright there are manpages, but you can only use manpages if you know the command, but an overall overview and an easy accessible overview over all important tools will help very much for people who are starting to use this rescue disk. - Simple HTML or txt files are good enough.
