I Lost 2 fat 32 partitions while using partition table through ubuntu Live CD

booted thru Remix,

gone thru these steps:
sudo swapoff -a
sudo sudo parted /dev/sda
rescue START END
no idea what numbers should i give ???

Well, how big is your drive? I would start at 0 and enter the size of your drive as the end (Example, 200G)
