add lvm2

Please add the package "lvm2" to the image. A _real_ rescue needs that ;-)

(ok it's installable during rescue via apt-get install - but not every to-be-rescued machine has internet connection...)

There are a number of packages that use to be pulled in by installing ubuntu-standard that are no longer there. Like wireless-tools and screen. I need to inventory what I think is there and what is actually there.

I second that. Funny you should mention wireless-tools and screen - those were the first two pkgs I installed after booting from the live cd.

It would be nice to keep the Rescue Remix lean and mean - it's nice to dl 200+ MB rather than a full dvd.
